How do I create a vendor account to open a VennDee shop?
Creating an account is easy. Just click on the Sign in/Register button at the top of the page. To create an account simply fill in your email address, create a password, choose the option to be a vendor. Then select the Register button. We will send you an email to verify your account.
What can I sell on VennDee?
You can sell a variety of items on Venndee. You will be able to choose from the following categories to list your items in: Art & Collectibles, Craft Supplies, Jewelry & Accessories, Home & Living, Clothing & Shoes, Pet Accessories, Vintage & Antiques, Wedding & Party, and Everything Else.
Am I limited to selling handmade items only?
We encourage vendors to sell items they have created themselves, but you are not limited to to selling handmade items. You may sell handmade items, vintage goods, craft supplies, and other items that fit into one of our categories.
Are there items that I am not allowed to sell?
Yes, we do have a list of items that you can not sell on Venndee. You are not allowed to sell the following items: firearms and its components, hazardous materials, prescription drugs & pharmaceuticals, controlled substances, medical devices, alcohol, body parts/fluids, adult or child pornography, adult sex toys, animals, counterfeit items, pirated items, lottery/raffle tickets, used bedding and undergarments, confidential or proprietary information, government documents, ID cards, police insignia, US military items not demilitarized in accord with Defense Department policy, and any good, service or content that violates the law or legal rights of others.
Can I sell Wholesale on VennDee?
Yes. If you want to offer bulk orders at wholesale pricing, you can select the wholesale option when creating a product. You can then set the price and minimum quantity for wholesale products.
How to set up my store settings?
This is one of the most important parts of setting up a VennDee account. You want to make sure all your store settings are set up prior to listing products so your customers know who you are, what shipping methods you use, and how to contact you.

Creating products as a vendor is easy. After you have registered as a vendor on VennDee, you can easily create products and customize them from an intuitive dashboard. You can also products with variables. Check out the documentation to learn the process of creating products.

A variable product is a product that has different types of variants. For example, you may want to sell a shirt in 3 different sizes and colors. You may add variations based on anything you like. Check out the documentation to learn the process of creating variable products.
I have made my first sale. Where's my deposit?
You have made your first sale. Congrats! So why isn't your deposit showing up in your account yet? The first deposit for a new vendor account will have a holding period of 7 business days after the purchase was initiated. After the 7 day period has been served by the vendor, the regular deposit schedule will begin to deliver daily deposits.
Do I need to register before buying a product?
No. You may use the guest checkout to purchase products. We do recommend creating an account though if you want to track your orders or stay in contact with the person you purchased products from.

I didn't receive my item. What do I do?
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order(s) you must directly contact the shop owner that you purchased the item from. They will have your tracking information, and all other information regarding your order.

Subscribing to our newsletters will give you updates on our policies and changes to the site, it may show you our latest blog posts, and you may get coupons or other promotions from shop owners on VennDee. We do not sell your information to third party affiliates. Subscribing is for your benefit only. You can unsubscribe at any time.
